Chris knocked a tooth out when he was 16 and he was tired of not being able to enjoy all types of foods like everyone else. The team at Sculpt Center for Implants & Periodontics provided Chris with a dental implant and custom crown, which will stay fixed firmly in place no matter what he wants to eat. Chris says he spent years anticipating a painful procedure, but he was surprised by how comfortable the entire process was.

My first visit here was because I knocked my tooth out when I was younger, my front tooth. And it's always been an issue because it's kind of hard to eat food and I always had to be careful with it. I really wanted to get the tooth stabilized, so I can enjoy food like everybody else, like eat apples, other food.

It was a great experience. It was very thorough, very quick. I didn't feel anything the entire procedure, which is rare. I go to a lot of different dentists and there's always some kind of uncomfort, but he was really, really good, meticulous and very quick and got me in and out.

I lost my tooth when I was like 16. So it's a surgery that I've been putting off for like 30 years already. And I thought it was actually going to be much more like an intrusive surgery and like I didn't feel anything from the whole surgery. And even after the recovery, it was minimal.
